For a long time, Omerta was a late night raiding guild. We originally were formed as an 8-12 raiding guild then schedules changed and real life issues happened, so we went to later raids. However now, we are making the official announcement. Omerta is back to normal raids the times are to be determined. For sure it will be either 9PM - Midnight, 9PM - 1AM, 10PM - 1AM or 9:30 to 12:30/1:00 all times are eastern. So, for the time being recruitment is open for all classes. So if you would like to be a part Omerta from the foundation up. Now is the time to submit an application!
Things about us:
- We are a end game raiding guild located on the US East server Medivh. We strive to maintain end game progress while still allowing our members off time. We want our members to have thick skin, and a tolerance for occasional horsing around. If you are easily offended, WE ARE NOT THE GUILD FOR YOU.
- Our raid times are Sunday-Thursday 9:00ish PM to Midnightish AM EST. We form raids up about 15 minutes before these raid times. So being online at that time is a way to ensure you have a spot in most raids.
- We are looking for people who can maintain 75%+ attendance. We understand real life issues may sometimes spring up. If you cannot make a minimum 3 out of the 4-5 days we raid with 4-5 days ideal we may not be the guild for you.
- You must register to apply. PLEASE USE YOUR in game character name as your registered forum name. If this is not available, use your name of your main, and add Medivh to it at the end (EX Juntamedivh)
- Loot is done by loot council.
- The initiate process generally takes 3-5 weeks. We invite you for a few raids, if you perform well you will be tagged as an initiate. After a few weeks of initiate membership you will be bumped up to member providing you have performed well. During the initiate phase we reserve the right to remove you.
- If you are a cross server applicant you must create an alt on our server for a brief interview.
What we expect from you:
- Show up at least 80% of the time, with raiding gear (full end game enchants and gems) and raiding specs.
- Have all your essential flasks, elixirs, and consumables
- Be positive, be able to listen to instructions
- We know, people make mistakes; it takes time for people to learn fights. It is our firm belief that the people who learn from these mistakes are keepers, and those that don’t…? well, end game raiding just isn’t for some people.
- You must, above all else mentioned here, absolutely not easily offended.
